Design/Room Staging Services

Before putting the “For-Sale” sign in the yard, a home must be ready to show.  With an ever-growing inventory of homes for sale in Metro Atlanta your home must “stand-out from the crowd”.  We want our clients to sell their home for the most amount of profit in a shorter amount of time.  All work is completed with attention to detail and cost because we focus on getting the maximum return on investment for any improvement.

HOW DO OUR SERVICES WORK?        
We meet at the home with the seller, and/or Realtor.  We start at the mailbox to look at the curb-appeal of the property.  We walk the exterior noting what a potential buyer would see.  For example is the landscaping fresh? Does the deck need repairs/stain? Is the exterior paint in good shape?  We then walk the interior of the property room-by-room; we first address clutter and then improvement projects needed to make the home show.  We provide our client with a detailed written estimate via Email or Fax within 48 hours.  All consultations are complimentary.

ROOM STAGING:  The goal with any staging project is to make the room appealing to the potential buyer.  They must be comfortable enough to imagine their family and pets living in the home.  They also need to be able to visualize their furniture and accessories in the rooms.

We can give any room an inexpensive makeover using your furniture, accessories and lighting, if possible.  If we need to purchase décor items we will keep cost to a minimum. For example; we may recommend freshening up a bedroom with a new comforter.

We will unclutter the space and make the room appear more spacious.  We remove personal items such as photographs and replace them with warm inviting accessories such as candles.  This eliminates the potential buyer focusing on who you and your family are, instead they will look at the shape, feel and size of the room.

If your home is vacant, staging will make it warmer and more inviting to a prospective buyer.  As an option we can provide the accessories until the home sells.  This is also a fantastic way to show rental property to potential tenants.

We offer full and half-day Room Staging options.

DESIGNED TO SELL CONSULTATIONS:  We offer hourly consultation for the client that chooses to handle the room staging/organization and repairs themselves.  We evaluate and then provide a detailed report for the client to follow. 

ORGANIZATION:  We offer full and half day options to declutter closets, book cases, entertainment centers, kids rooms, kitchen counters etc. to make the space looked organized and larger.
